Figure 1: During the Qing Dynasty period, in Anyang County, Zhangde Prefecture, Henan Province, Zhang Zicheng and a member of the Tian family from the village (?) of Da Han Ji, with sincere devotion, jointly cast a statue of the Buddha Mahamayuri.
Figure 2: The abbots Zhang Juhuan and Zhang Sili, along with Zhang Wen, Li Tingze, Wang Mingda, Xu San, Xing Men, members of the Cao and Li families, leader Hua, and other participants, including Liu Mengyang.
On the (?) day of February in the twelfth year of the Kangxi era (1673).
